Grazie alla mia amica Silvia (Sissina) ho deciso finalmente di partecipare al re-cake. Ma voi vi chiederete: " cos'è il Re-cake. Sarà il re delle torte? Una nota musicale rielaborata per amor dei dolci? Se magna? Se beve? </div>

So che vi siete fatti queste esatte domande ed ora vi svelerò il segreto. Re-cake è un gruppo di amanti dei dolci e blogger che hanno messo insieme la loro passione per confrontarsi su alcune ricette, che non sono ricette qualunque, bensì il meglio preso dall'estero e tradotto nella nostra bella, e oramai in disuso, lingua: L'italiano. Questo mese hanno proposto questa meravigliosa torta dal giusto equilibrio fra aspro e dolce che contempla l'uso di un ingrediente poco usato nel nostro paese: lo zenzero. Il dolce è buonissimo e la preparazione è abbastanza semplice quindi non mi resta che postarvi la ricetta. </div>

Ps: se non trovate i lamponi non disperate...dopo averli cercati in ogni supermercato esistente avevo rinunciato ed è proprio in quel momento, quando la speranza mi aveva abbandonato, che li ho trovati.</div>

Accendete il forno a 150°. Nel frattempo montate le uova con lo zucchero ed in seguito aggiungete olio e latte. Ora potrete amalgamare il resto degli ingredienti. Non vi preoccupate se l'impasto vi sembrerà liquido: è giusto così. Disponete l'impasto in una tortiera di circa 24 cm ed infornate per una trentina di minuti. Fate freddare la torta e tagliatela a metà.Spalmate la marmellata nel centro. La vostra torta è pronta. </div>

<b>PREPARAZIONE</b></div>

Come prima cosa sciogliete il lievito nel latte tiepido (non troppo caldo o lo brucerete). Mettete quindi farina e zucchero nella planetaria aggiungete i tuorli ed il burro ed impastate con il gancio (ovviamente la stessa operazione può essere fatta con la macchina del pane o a mano). Aggiungete quindi il resto degli ingredienti uno per volta e d impastale fino a quando il composto non risulterà ben liscio. Coprite con uno straccio la planetaria e lasciate lievitare per due ore. L'impasto raddoppierà il suo volume. Ora formate 12 palle e disponetele sulla teglia in cui cuocerete le brioches su della carta da forno. Lasciate lievitare per almeno un'altra ora. A lievitazione conclusa spennellate con il bianco rimasto le brioches e disponete sopra ad ognuna un cucchiaio di crema. Cuocete per circa 20 minuti a 180 gradi.</div>

La torta per il primo compleanno del bambino di una mia amica è stata a tema animali visto che uno dei giochi preferiti di Franceschino è la fattoria. Ci è voluto un pò di tempo per realizzarla ma ne è valsa la pena. La torta era un pan di spagna alla vaniglia farcito con crema pasticcera e frutti di bosco. Questa è la torta che ho realizzato per i 60 anni di mia madre. Non è proprio come l'avrei voluta ma era praticamente la prima volta che usavo la ghiaccia quindi direi che mi posso ritenere soddisfatto. E' stata anche la prima volta che ho realizzato delle orchidee e per non aver mai fatto corsi sono contento anche di loro...ma migliorerò ve lo prometto!!!! La torta era un pan di spagna farcito con marmellata di albicocche e frutti di bosco. La bagna è stata realizzata con succo di fragole succo di limone e un goccino di amaro.</div>

Il 4 ottobre è stato il mio compleanno e quindi ho pensato di fare una torta che mi rappresentasse. Accendete il forno a 170°. Sbattete le uova con lo zucchero sino a che il composto non risulterà liscio ed omogeneo.Aggiungete quindi i bicchieri di olio e latte e l'essenza. Amalgamate ora anche le farine ed il lievito. Il composto sarà abbastanza liquido quindi la cottura sarà a bassa temperatura e richiederà un pò più di tempo per evitare che il dolce si bruci. . Versate il tutto in una tortiera che infornerete per circa 45 minuti.</div>

Sono finalmente arrivate le mie formine per i biscotti che attendevo da un mese, ed ho quindi tirato fuori dal mio ricettario questi cookies molto buoni. La ricetta prevede il dosaggio a tazze io ho usato una semplice tazza di ikea ma anche un bicchiere grandezza nutella può andare bene. Il biscotto è ben rigido e si presta quindi anche ad essere decorato. In una scatola potete conservarli anche una settimana e mezzo ma sono certo che in 2 giorni finiranno.</div>

1e1/4 di tazza di zucchero<br />
1 uovo<br />
3 tazze di farina<br />
1e1/2 cucchiaino di lievito<br />
2 cucchiaini di essenza di cocco<br />

Lavorate il burro ammorbidito con lo zucchero fino a quando il composto non diventerà cremoso. Aggiungete quindi l'uovo e l'essenza e frustate. Infine aggiungete farina e lievito usando lo strumento a gancio sia se usate la frusta elettrica che se usate la planetaria. Avvolgete l'impasto nella carta trasparente e lasciatelo riposare un'oretta in frigo. Tiratelo quindi fuori, stendetelo all'altezza di mezzo cm e dopo aver usato le forme che desiderate, fate cuocere in forno a 180° per almeno 10 minuti e comunque fino a quando i biscotti non inizieranno a dorare. Non vi preoccupate se quando li sfornate saranno morbidi, si induriranno freddandosi. Una variante a questa ricetta è usare l'essenza di vaniglia o qualsiasi altra desideriate.</div>
